In this support for Praja Rajyam Party, NRIs from different Chiranjeevi organizations, groups, CEOs, IT Professionals, Doctors, Attorneys, Businessman’s, friends, families and well wishers of PRP, jointly organized a Fund Raiser event for PRP and Mega Car Rally in support of Praja Rajyam Party and Dr. Chiranjeevi Garu. Celebrating the nomination filed by Dr. Chiranjeevi, which all NRIs were waiting from past several months and the initiation in collecting petitions from NRIs in inviting Dr. Chiranjeevi into politics is finally attained. The Mega Car Rally is first in first in US and World where the NRIs on the streets of American Soil in support of a non local political party of a foreign land. We NRIS are proud and thank the authorities of City of Sunnyvale and Sunnyvale Police Department for the permission to hold the rally.

The event was graced by Anthony (Tony) Spitaler Mayor City of Sunnyvale, Ash Karla, Council Member, City of San Jose and Narendra Pathak, Commissioner EEO and Advisory Board Member to Governor of California. CEOs, IT Entrepreneurs, Businessmen’s came forward to support PRP in their own way, some with donations, some motivating voters back home to vote for PRP.

Mega Car Rally was flagged off in the afternoon with PRP flags flying on cars, Chiranjeevi Masks, with grand paraphernalia, Chiranjeevi Well Wishers, Friends, and Families moved with slogans in support of Dr. Chiranjeevi and Praja Rajyam Party and celebrated the nomination filed by Dr. Chiranjeevi for Tirupathi for coming AP assembly Elections in the streets of Bay Area. Srinivasa Manapragada, Vice President and Official Spokesman- Pravasa Chiranjeevi Organization-NRI Praja Rajyam Party, welcomed the gathering and lauded the commendable work of all Chiru group representatives collectively from different parts of the world came under one umbrella and jointly hold this event for the benefit of Praja Rajyam Party and wished all success to the contestants of PRP in coming elections, and requested everyone to come forward to donate for PRP today. As our President Obama won his elections with people support and contributions, now its time to see our Obama of India Dr. Chiranjeevi to have the same support and success in coming elections.

Anthony (Tony) Spitaler, Mayor City of Sunnyvale, after viewing the PRP video presentation, spoke “Indian NRIs, who always show themselves out of mirror, they are not only the inspirers contributors and supporters for Indian Politics, there contributions and support to the US politics are greatly appreciated. As Obama is to them, he said after viewing the presentation, he is looking forward to meet Dr. Chiranjeevi, and he was very much impressed with the man who is same as Obama for India, in such a short time with his charisma and his social services and social justice reached the hearts of millions. He wished and congratulated Mr. Sravan Kumar Dasoju, PRP MP Candidate from Secundrabad Constituency for Parliament.

Ash Karla, Council Member of City of San Jose and Member of Democratic Advisory Board of Obama’s Campaign, graced the occasion saying “ Proud of my parents with their support he reached such heights in his political career and will continue to have his contributions to influence the younger generations for the participation in American Politics and said It not only Obama its we who have to come forward to make reach this slogan of CHANGE to nook and corner of the world and happy to see the slogan been carried by NRIs to India. Commented on the video presentation of gave by Srinivasa Manapragada, on the scenes of our AP assembly session to that of American State Assembly Sessions and political parties. Said “It’s not the political power, but every political party and representatives have to focus on the peoples need coz they elected you”. He was very impressed with Sravan Dasoju speech on needs of common people about water problems, sanitation in AP; these are the minimum common needs and amenities for a person to be healthy. He is looking forward to meet Sravan in India on his visit next month.

Narendra Pathak, Commissioner of Libraries and EEO, City of Sunnyvale and Advisory Board Member for Governor, State of California, spoke on the effects of recession on the IT Sector and the professionals, companies. He assured to the CEOs and IT entrepreneurs and Families not get dejected , the American and world economy will improve with the new polices and strategies framed by the our president Barrack Obama and he congratulated PRP and Dr. Chiranjeevi for new political party head on head with others parties, wished all success in coming elections in India. He congratulated for commendable works Members of NRI Praja Rajyam Party, who made this event and mega rally a grand success. And said Funding is a source for getting things rolled, but moral support is always appreciated and is source for success.

Mayor inaugurated the First NRI Campaign Song on the Rail Engine Symbol for PRP which is composed and sung by an NRI Music Director Sai Manapragada, Mayor felicitated Sai Manapragada for his contributions. Speaking to the gathering Sai , he said used to watch Chiranjeevi movies with out missing a single one and it was not that ,but its always good to contribute to people who are working for a cause and wished all the success to PRP and will continue the support to PRP. Anthony, Mayor City of Sunnyvale listened to the song and congratulated Sai Manapragada and singers Vamsi Nadella and Narayanan.

Speaking on Ram Thota, US Coordinator – Praja Rajyam NRI World Wing, trawled and created an enthusiasm in the gathering and requested to come forward with their contributions to PRP and support the cause. Ram Thota along with Srinivasa Manapragada gave presentation of the donation process to support PRP.

Srikanth Palivela, Joint Secretary and Incharge Public Relations, Pravasa Chiranjeevi Organization – NRI Praja Rajyam Party gave a thunderous speech on how PRP is different from other exiting parties. And Chiranjeevi has a background for helping needy with his social service where we see other political leader have background of corruption and violence. In order to ends this Political corruption, we NRIs also should come forward to share our time to end such evils , when you see how other parties have been in involved in corruption and the State budget of 100000 cores per year has been and how it got misused. With this new era in politics and entry of PRP we NRIs expect to have better Governance and see PRP would be transparent to projects and fair in spending and allocation of funds. NRI were moved with Dr. Chiranjeevi’s commitment and his word for Social Justice, he proved his point right at the start of allocation of seats for the contestants in coming elections by giving 102 seats to BC community proves PRP walks the talk. Common People like Munemma was given Assembly ticket. Educationalist and problem solver like Dr. Dasoju Sravan Kumar who understands people issues and who is committed to resolve common-man’s issues was given parliament ticket and wished all success for PRP.

Sekhar Ganji, NRI Coordinator Yuva Rajyam and Member Pravasa Chiranjeevi Organization, requested all the younger IT entrepreneurs to join and aim towards the Change and requested every individual NRI to come with their contributions to their mother land. Conveyed the message with his presentation to all political parties that NRIs eyes are open to see the Change in India Politics and said this will be only attained by Dr. Chiranjeevi and PRP. Chandru Seelam, an IT entrepreneur spoke on the peace and solidarity in politics and being and NRI from Kadapa, is looking forward for the change in present politics of AP especially in KADAPA. He promised the gathering and Dr. Chiranjeevi and PRP , he and his family will serve for such causes and also strive his best to motivate the voters back home to come forward to work for PRP and vote for PRP.

Gokul a resident of Fremont an NRI wore the mask of Dr. Chiranjeevi and dress attire in the rally and impressed the crowd exactly giving Dr. Chiranjeevi presence in the foreign soil and wished to have Dr. Chiranjeevi all success and looking forward to see him on the foreign soil.
